At Home Weekly Workout Challenge - Week 2

Do 100 sit-ups by Saturday! Break them up sporadically throughout the week, do 10 in the morning or 10 in the evening Monday-Friday, or do them all at once. Regardless of how many you do at a time, make sure you get all 100 in (or more!). They will take minutes out of your day, yet work your abs, back, and neck.

Tip- To keep track of how many you do put a stick note on your fridge and write them down every time you finish.
