At Home Weekly Workout Challenge - Week 4 Squat Jumps


Do squat jumps everyday! By doing this exercise once a day you will work your leg muscles, and get your heart-rate up as well. Start on Monday and do 2 sets of 15. After 2 days, add 5 more to each set until you reach Saturday. This exercise will take minutes out of your day, so no excuses!

Tip- Combine this with weeks 1-3 challenges for even more workout ideas for the week.
