As an online health coach, it's my job to find new ways to inspire you and help you see that you CAN succeed in your health journey. One of the ways that I have found to be able to do this is by hearing from other people that I've helped throughout my coaching career.

It's always amazing and awe inspiring to hear REAL and RAW perspectives from those who have been on a journey and how they have overcome setbacks, frustrations, struggles, and more. She's also a stay at home mom and has 3 jobs, so it's a really great perspective from someone who is busy too.

In this interview with Alexis, we chat about what it really takes to make positive, consistent changes in your life. We touch on her health struggles (hypothyroidism) and what she's been doing to work on that as well.
